So my most recent energy healing with Cara is one that I must share! I struggled with anger and control, especially on the road. I turned into a different person, and I didnt understand why. Phoning her a few days in row after drivong home from work and explaining how disgusted I was with my behavior while driving. 

For days I also had what felt like a knot inside my chest on the left side and a deep anxious feeling that came and went for the past few days. All of this was weird for me because I have been working on myself so much, how could I be experiencing anxiety and chest pains, my life is good, I have a beautiful life to be greatful for, why am I feeling this, i thought.

Short story long, we had pin pointed the root to trauma with abuse as a child, the hurt people have caused me and the hurt i let myself be inflicted too. The no control in those situations had followed me my whole life. I was angry at the world for what had happened and what I let happen. 

During the healing, she helped me with when she came over, showed me a safe, protected space with the reiki energy she shared.

During the process i felt the knot in my chest rise to my throat, and from there I felt the energy lift off my shoulders , i could feel it flow up, releasing from me. 

I instantly felt settled, serene, refreshed. 

That evening I drank plenty of water and had an amazing sleep! Woke up with no knots, no anxiousness! All around lighter! I also felt almost like popping through my body (like muscles etc) and feeling more release. 

I wanted to share this story because others should know the power that this woman is capable of showing you, and the ability she has to help people find healing within themselves is life changing!
